Hang Khay Street

Hang Khay (Hàng Khay) street (Trays street) extends from Hang Bai (Hàng Bài) to Ba Trieu (Bà Triệu) crossroad. It has been famous for commodities enchased sophisticatedly such as chairs, wardrobes, tables, couches… since 13th century. In the 18th century, French people named it Rue des incrusteurs (street of engravers) when they came to Ha Noi (Hà Nội). Then, after 1954, it was renamed and has been called Hang Khay (Hàng Khay) up to now and has still developed the old industry sufficiently with many galleries such as Hoang Anh (Hòang Anh) fine arts, Collection Shop, Moon Shop… the models are so plentiful that they can attract a lot of foreign tourists visiting to.
